Food Vols Doing their thing!

These pages are intended to to be used to capture some of the knowledge that is gained while cooking and serving the food for The Cadets. It will cover not only recipes, but processes and procedures as well as information about how to operate and maintain the cooking equipment and the food truck itself.

Since this is a Wiki, it is intended to be collaborative. Once you are a member, you will be able to add and edit pages and help to build this site into a powerful resource that will help in the planning, preparation and serving of meals to the members, staff and volunteers.
